Attorneys

Tina Tian assists attorneys with technical research, analysis of patent materials, and the development of technical documentation related to infringement and validity matters. She also assists in preparing and filings of U.S. patent, trademark, and copyright registration applications. With a strong foundation in quantitative methods, Tina is skilled at applying engineering methodologies to understand patented inventions, optimize search processes, and improve decision-making in legal matters involving technical issues. Tina earned a B.S. in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell University in 2023.
