Mr Jonathan Michael concentrates his practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution. He brings experience from prior roles at two Houston law firms, where he prosecuted patents in diverse technological areas, including electrical, chemical, and software-related inventions. In addition to patent matters, he counsels clients on copyrights, trademarks, and IP licensing. Mr. Michael earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School, where he externed with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division, and participated in the Baylor Law Intellectual Property Clinic, where he practiced before the USPTO under limited recognition.
