Rachel Du is responsible for managing trademark assets to business owners including filing applications (USPTO, WIPO), managing deadlines (docketing), responding to office actions, and conducting clearance searches. Besides trademark matters, she also manages the copyright portfolios, coordinate requirements for copyright applications. Her work covers a wide range of industries on TM/CR matters with focus on global communications companies, beauty, restaurant, and consumer goods owners, innovative appliances, nutritional supplements manufacturers, and electric vehicles companies. Rachel earned an LLM degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School in 2013.
